Jacob joined Beacons in 2022 as its first product manager hire, after first meeting Neal in undergrad and crossing paths again at Stanford. Before Beacons, he was COO of Going Merry, a scholarship and financial aid platform that reached students in over half the high schools in the US, and then worked in venture capital at Floodgate.
