Mica leads product design at Beacons, with work ranging from designing an email marketing tool for creators from scratch to redesigning the Beacons mobile app. The goal, per Mica’s portfolio: create digital products that users fall in love with. Before Beacons, Mica spent three years at DailyPay, the on-demand pay company, moving from enterprise partnerships into product design and then growth design.
